Which PC FPS?
Hiya, i'm lookin to buy a new game for pc, preferably a shooter and i'm wondering which games you guys would recommend to me. I know that Gears of war has recently come out on pc and i'm thinking about that however i hear that crysis is also going to be good. Feel free to recommend other genres of games but what i'm really looking for is a FPS with good online play, replayability and excellent graphics ect.
As well as this does anybody know whether Halo3 or MGS4 will come to pc, I don't want to have to buy a PS3 and 360 to play them  Anyway, thanks in advance for your advice and recommendations

halo 3 and MGS4 aren't coming out for the PC any time soon. i would recommend either getting the orange box or call of duty 4. but i dont know anything about crysis.

Bunjie, reportedly, hasn't done one keystroke of coding for Halo 3 to PC and MGS4 is being designed specifically for the PS3, so I doubt that it will come to PC.
Like Giga said, Orange Box and Call of Duty 4. Also there is Bioshock and Enemy Territory: Quake Wars. |

Buy the HL2 package, get HL2 deathmatch DoD source and CS source for ~£15 (~$35?)
Or wait a bit untill the release of UT3 and play vs xbox live'rs

Halo 3 will likely move to pc soon, because Halo 1 and 2 are now on PC. MGS4 on the other hand, I don't think wewill see it on PC.

For PC. Wow how can you people not know... get the greatest game ever to hit PC.
GEARS OF WAR They added new content and everything and it looks just as awesome if not better on PC then it does on 360. The OP has it right. Get Gears, it is awesome. That is the game that made me get my 360 and I love it! If I had a better computer I would get it from my PC for the new content. It is awessssssssssssome! |

I have always been a big fan of Battlefield 2 so I would definetly recommend that. Dont be fooled and buy 2142 however, lot of my friends that play BF2 said compared it is terrible and not worth the money. If your looking for a cheaper older game go with Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, people still play it online and it is probably my favorite all time video game.

Well i still havn't made up my mind, however i think i'm leaning towards Gears, can anyone who has played it on PC give their views on it?
